[About the Product]

Q. Are there individual differences in the products?

A. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, there may be slight individual differences in stitching, sizing, and color. All items are delivered within the range of acceptable quality.

Q. How should I wash this?

A. To ensure long-lasting use, we recommend hand washing or using a laundry net.
 

[Regarding sizing]

Q. I'm having trouble choosing a size.

A. Please refer to the size guide on the product page. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us via the inquiry form.

Q. Can I exchange it for a different size?

A. Only bras that are unused, have only been tried on, and still have tags attached are eligible for size exchange. Please refer to our Shopping Guide for details.

【Order and Delivery】

Q. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

A. We do not accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.

Q. When will it be shipped?

A. We typically ship within 2-3 business days after your order is confirmed.

Q. Can I specify the delivery date and time?

A. As a general rule, we do not accept them.

【Payment】

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept credit cards (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / American Express), Shop Pay, PayPay, and Rakuten Pay.

Q. When is payment due?

A. Payment is completed when your order is confirmed.

[About Member Registration]

Q. Is membership registration required?

A. You can make purchases without registering as a member.

[Returns and Exchanges]

Q. Can I return or exchange items?

A. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, with the exception of initial defects.

Q. What should I do if I receive a defective product?

A. Please contact us via the inquiry form within 5 days of product arrival.

[About Gifting]

Q. Do you offer gift wrapping?

A. We do not currently offer gift wrapping, but we do not include documents that show prices. A tote bag is included with all items, so they can be given as gifts as-is. If you wish, we will remove the price tag and ship the item. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for unused items with product tags still attached.

[Other]

Q. Is a delivery note included?

A. In consideration of the environment and the protection of personal information, we do not include delivery slips with our orders. Please check your order details in the order confirmation email.

Q. Can I get a receipt?

A. If desired, please contact us via the remarks column or inquiry form. We will issue it as an electronic document (PDF) and send it to you via email.
