To ensure a worry-free shopping experience, we have compiled information regarding the order and delivery process, as well as various guidelines.
■ Product Care
To ensure the longevity of your U products, please observe the following:
・We recommend hand washing or using a laundry net for washing.
・To prevent color transfer and loss of shape, please wash separately from other items.
・Please refrain from using a dryer.
Due to the nature of the product, strong friction or snagging may damage the fabric or embroidery, so please exercise caution.
■ Payment Options

Payment is completed at the time of order confirmation.
We offer smooth payment methods for your peace of mind while shopping.
■ Delivery Note
In consideration of environmental concerns and personal information protection, we do not include delivery notes with our shipments.
Please refer to your order confirmation email for details regarding your order.
■ Shipping and Delivery Fees
For purchases totaling ¥10,000 (including tax) or more, shipping is free. For purchases under ¥10,000, a flat rate of ¥770 applies nationwide.
〈Standard Items〉
Orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.
*Delays may occur due to weather or traffic conditions.
〈Pre-order Items〉
Please check the estimated delivery date on each product page.
*Production circumstances may cause variations in the delivery schedule.
*Delivery will be made via our designated shipping method.
*While we generally do not accept specific date and time requests, please contact us via the inquiry form if you have a preference.
■ Damage During Shipping
While we carefully package and ship our products, minor scratches or dents may occur on the outer box due to shipping conditions.
Such minor damages that do not affect the use of the product are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
■ Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, except in cases of initial defects or our shipping errors.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
(Due to the nature of mail order, the cooling-off period system does not apply.)
Furthermore, due to the design and manufacturing process of U products, you may observe the following conditions, which are considered within the range of acceptable quality:
・Small fraying on embroidered areas
・Slight individual differences in stitching
・Variations in color and texture due to fabric characteristics
We appreciate your understanding of these product characteristics.
■ Defective Products
In the event of a clear initial defect, we will arrange for an exchange or return. Please inspect the product upon arrival and contact us via the inquiry form within 5 days of receipt. After confirmation, we will guide you through the return/exchange process.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
1. More than 5 days have passed since product arrival.
2. The product has been used, even once.
3. The product was returned without prior notification.
4. The product does not reach us within 1 week after your contact.
■ Caution Regarding Innerwear
For hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns of innerwear (bras, panties, etc.). However, we can accommodate size exchanges for bras only if they are unused, only tried on, and all tags and accessories are intact.
*For hygiene reasons, panties are not eligible for returns or exchanges (except for defective items).
*When trying on, please ensure you wear it over your own underwear.
■ Gift Wrapping
While we currently do not offer gift wrapping, we do not include any documents showing the price.
All products come with a tote bag, which can be used as a gift as is.
If you wish, please let us know in the comments section, and we will remove the price tag before shipping.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unused items with the product tags still attached.
